Alle Fenster und Glasschiebet\u00fcren bestehen aus Aluminiumrahmen mit get\u00f6ntem Glas und haben Insektenschutzgitter. Der Innenputz ist in warmen, hellen Farben gestrichen und die kunststoffbeschichteten Innent\u00fcren im Landhausstil dekoriert. Alle Bodenbel\u00e4ge sind aus hochwertiger Keramik. Auf jeder Etage befinden sich Anschl\u00fcsse f\u00fcr Satellitenfernsehen und Internet, und die Anschl\u00fcsse hierf\u00fcr sowie die Steckdosen und Schalter sind Markenartikel aus Deutschland. F\u00fcr die Innen- und Au\u00dfenbeleuchtung wurden nur LED-Lampen verwendet und alle R\u00e4ume sind voll klimatisiert. Die Gel\u00e4nder, Dachrinnen und Tore bestehen aus hochwertigem Edelstahl und das Eingangstor ist mit einem ferngesteuerten Elektroantrieb ausgestattet.<\/p>\n<p>Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich teilweise die ger\u00e4umige Garage und teilweise die rollstuhlgerechte Wohnung mit einem Wohn- \/ Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie einer offenen K\u00fcche auf der \u00fcberdachten Terrasse.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein ger\u00e4umiges Wohnzimmer mit offener, modern ausgestatteter K\u00fcche mit Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckstheke und Esstisch, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und direktem Zugang zu einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Von der \u00fcberdachten Terrasse aus k\u00f6nnen Sie ungest\u00f6rt auf den Sonnenliegen den sch\u00f6nen Blick auf die Nachbarinsel Koh Phangan genie\u00dfen oder sich abk\u00fchlen im gro\u00dfen Swimmingpool (47 m<sup>2<\/sup>).<\/p>\n<p>Das Loft auf dem Dachboden ist so ger\u00e4umig wie das Obergeschoss und f\u00fcr 2 Personen ausgelegt. Der Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich dieser Etage ist entsprechend gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC rundet das Bild ab. Vom Wohn- \/ Schlafbereich gelangt man auf eine gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Terrasse (64 m<sup>2<\/sup>) mit eigenem Whirlpool.<\/p>\n<p>Angrenzend an das Haus befindet sich neben dem Pumpenraum f\u00fcr Pool- und Brauchwasserversorgung ein gro\u00dfer Abstellraum. Die Wasserversorgung wird durch einen eigenen, 138 m tiefen Brunnen mit Trinkwasserqualit\u00e4t sichergestellt. Die Trinkwasserleitung besteht aus Aluminium mit einer Kunststoffbeschichtung, die bis zu 10 bar und einer Wassertemperatur von 90 \u00b0 Celsius best\u00e4ndig ist.
