This fantastic Villa is located between Bangrak and Choenmon Beach, on a hill high above the bay of Plai Laem Beach. The ground floor is partially occupied by the spacious garage and partly by the wheelchair-accessible apartment with a living/bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, and an open kitchen on the covered terrace.
The apartment on the upper floor has a spacious living room with an open, modern equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table, two bedrooms double beds, and direct access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the covered terrace you can enjoy undisturbed on the sun loungers the beautiful view to the neighboring island of Koh Phangan or cooling in, perfectly integrated into the hillside integrated, large swimming pool (47 m2).
The loft in the attic is as spacious as the upper floor and designed for 2 people. The living, sleeping, and dining area of this floor is accordingly generous.
