Rubbish collection and On-site Security is also included in the maintenance fees.
In January of each year, project maintenance invoices along with water and electricity invoices are issued to residents. The maintenance amount is based on a forecasted budget and is provided in November to owners which allows for any input or suggestions.
In addition to a yearly budget, owners contribute to a Reserve Fund that is made available should any emergency repairs arise.
The total amount for maintenance fees are calculated by square meter for land.
