The setting offers a peaceful alternative to the busier east coast while remaining within practical driving distance of Nathon, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and other everyday amenities.
Construction is underway with completion currently scheduled for December 2027, with payments linked to verified construction milestones. Foreign ownership is structured through a registered 30-year land lease together with a registered right of superficies over the villa; the prepaid lease is included in the purchase price and there is no annual ground rent during the initial term. The estate also includes three additional plots reserved for bespoke villa designs by arrangement.

After this dismal experience with the two other agencies, we were so happy to find Doctor Property.
