Hi all, even though I didn't purchase my villa with "Doctor property in Koh Samui" I did meet with them and I can highly recommend them , they picked me up from my hotel and took me to see properties all over Samui. their ability to match my desire with the properties they showed me was very good. Sebastian and Cherry are very nice real estate agents they didn't push me and was kind enough and honest to enlight me with the advantage and disadvantage of every property they had show me. I highly recommend them and I hope that we can do business in the future
ירון מופזWhat can I say about Cherry and her staff? Absolutely first class service and corporate commitment to achieving what is best for both the seller and the buyer together as a team. We were privileged to work with her and her team firstly in renting then selling our Koh Samui property and we have never experienced from a Realtor such dedication and support at every stage of our journey. From the get-go we also listed with other agents on Samui who didn't raise a finger to either promote the property unless a client instigated a viewing. Dr Property from the start was on our side and we felt part of a team. They constantly reviewed marketing, photography and even made regular visits to the property to suggest changes that may broaden the appeal to wider markets. Our advice, if you want promotion not just commission taking, go directly to Cherry and thank me later.

Each time we arrived at their office, they had clearly done their homework and had answers to all our questions. They asked us a number of thoughtful questions and very quickly were able to narrow down our search to properties that we loved and were in our budget. They knew so much about Koh Samui and really helped us think through all aspects of buying and living on the island. They were tireless in their assistance and even picked us up numerous times from our hotel to take us around to properties and took us out to a beautiful lunch overlooking the island. If you are looking for an intelligent, savvy, genuine set of people who truly want to find the perfect house for you, I strongly suggest Doctor Property. Note: the other two main agencies on the island we had spoken to from the US and one of them totally blew us off when we arrived on the island as they had other larger clients there at the time. We were shocked that we would fly all the way there only to be turned away and ignored when we arrived. The other agency set us up with a personal friend who didn’t even work for the agency. After this dismal experience with the two other agencies, we were so happy to find Doctor Property.
