Chaweng Bo Phut est la région la plus populaire de Koh Samui en Thaïlande pour le tourisme. Proche de toutes les commodités et attractions dont vous vous attendez à profiter pendant votre escapade. Il faut compter 25 minutes jusqu’à Lamai, 15 minutes jusqu’à l’aéroport international de Samui, 10 minutes jusqu’au Fisherman’s Village, centre-ville de Chaweng ou au Bangkok International Hospital et à 5 minutes de Tesco Lotus. Vous avez de nombreuses plages avec une grande variété de bars et de restaurants pour vous détendre sans oublier les nombreuses attractions à proximité pour vous occuper pendant votre séjour.
Nous vous proposons une villa de style moderne dans les collines de Bo Phut, surplombant Chaweng, ses environs et la mer. Le rez-de-chaussée dispose d’un grand séjour-salle à manger à espace ouvert avec portes-fenêtres sur 3 côtés, la plus grande ouverture donnant sur le pont et la piscine de 24m2, profonde de 1,5 m et le côté le plus court menant à une belle pièce ouverte (Sala Thaï). La cuisine est quelque peu séparée dans la partie la plus courte de ce bâtiment en forme de L, elle comprend un espace central et une entrée séparée pour le salon principal ainsi que pour la zone extérieure proche de la piscine. Il y a aussi des toilettes pour les invités.
À l’étage, il y a 2 chambres d’hôtes ainsi que la chambre principale. La chambre principale possède une salle de bain attenante avec baignoire.
Toutes les chambres à coucher ont un accès privé au balcon muni d’une verrière de protection.
La villa est située sur un terrain de 800m2 et dispose de nombreux espaces verts pour que les enfants et les animaux domestiques puissent jouer en toute sécurité.
