Doctor Property Group Co., Ltd. was established in Koh Samui in 2018. Since then, we have built our business around one principle: property decisions should be based on accurate information rather than sales pressure.

We are an independent agency and are not tied to any particular developer or project. This allows us to work across the wider Koh Samui property market and help clients compare different locations, property types, developments and ownership arrangements.

Our team works with both Thai and international clients and can assist in English, German, French and Thai.

What We Do

We coordinate the transaction process; independent lawyers advise on legal matters. We encourage buyers to obtain independent Thai legal advice and complete proper due diligence before committing to a purchase.
