Property Listing Agent – Koh Samui
Join our international team and build your career in Koh Samui real estate. Doctor Property is looking for an energetic, confident Property Listing Agent with some work experience and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
You will learn about the Thai property market while helping our team present properties to international buyers. The role combines work with property information and digital systems with visits to properties around the island.

What you will learn and work on
Property listings and market research
Develop your understanding of Koh Samui’s property market and how accurate property information supports a good listing. This is a chance to build practical skills in researching properties and preparing listing information for international buyers.
Property photography and editing
Learn to use a professional camera for property photography and edit photographs with Adobe software. An interest in presenting properties clearly and attention to detail will be valuable.
AI tools and digital systems
Build confidence using AI tools and digital systems in a real estate business. We are looking for someone technically minded who enjoys learning new ways of working.
Thai property and development knowledge
Develop an understanding of Thai property law, ownership structures, construction and property development as part of your work with the team.
What you will bring
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Good spoken and written English.
- A technical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Your own transport and smartphone.
- A clean driving licence for a car or motorbike.
- Dependability, commitment and an excellent work ethic.
- Excellent punctuality: being on time and prepared is essential.
Working hours and responsibility for clients
This role has flexible hours organised around property visits, client requirements and confirmed appointments. Availability may be needed in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays.
You must take responsibility for your appointments and client communication: respond promptly, arrive prepared, follow up reliably and keep the team informed. Time off, including public holidays, must be planned in advance so that confirmed visits and ongoing client needs are properly covered. Leaving clients without support or missing agreed appointments is not acceptable.
Trial period, equipment and social security
The position begins with a three-month trial period. A company laptop will be provided. Social security contributions are paid after successful completion of the three-month trial period. There are opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance.
