One of the largest private houses awaits you with this offer. This property is located in Taling Ngam in the south of the island. In this region you will find more peace, more untouched nature and of course wonderful lonely beaches than on the tourist east coast of Samui. Further north is the island’s capital – Nathon. You should expect a journey time of 15 minutes to get there. The closest tourist place is Lamai further east. A travel time of 15 minutes must also be planned for this. The international airport is 45 minutes away. All important amenities such as restaurants, bars and small shops are in the immediate vicinity. Larger purchases can then be done in Lamai or in Nathon.
This offer includes a combination of different accommodations. On the one hand, the offer consists of the large main house with 7 bedrooms. On the other hand, there are also 3 guests villas with 3 bedrooms and 4 further apartments with one bedroom each. This property was completed in 2007 and of course impresses with its direct location on the beach, as well as with its fantastic sea view and the view of the 5 small islands. Its own stretch of beach is 45 meters long. All houses and apartments are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. All rooms have air conditioning. A hotel license is available. The property also has its own water fountain. The salt water pool is 16 x 6 meters in size and is enclosed by the large sun terrace. At the edge there is a small bar with an integrated small kitchen and an adjoining dining area. The property also includes a well-equipped gym with a boxing ring, aerobic equipment, changing room, showers and toilets.

Customer Reviews
My experience with DocProperty and specially Cherry when buying the dream home was simply fantastic! From the outset she impressed with her professionalism, first class service and remarkable commitment. I are deeply grateful to her and can recommend her without reservation. If you are looking for an exceptional estate agent who will truly act in your best interests, then Cherry is the perfect choice! Thank you for everything, Cherry
Eberhard SeipelI would definitely recommend Doctor Property to anyone thinking of buying a property on Samui. From day one, Cherry made the process flow seemlessly, from viewing the properties, dealing with the seller and the lawyers, through to my making a final purchase. Any questions I had were always answered quickly and she kept me up to date with everything when I was abroad. Since purchasing the property both Cherry and Imran have continued to help me with, not only property services questions, but also with advice on relocation information. You always feel welcome and they'll always make time for you.
