Lipa Noi liegt im Nordwesten von Koh Samui. Es hat eine sehr charmante Atmosphäre und einen ruhigen weißen Sandstrand mit einem angenehmen und entspannenden Gefühl, im tropischen Paradies zu sein. Es gibt keine Felsen, oder Korallen im Wasser, was es zu einem der besten Strände für Kinder auf der Insel macht. Das Wasser ist auch sehr flach und Sie können bis zu 100 Meter hinein laufen. Der Fähranleger ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt von der Villa entfernt, sodass Sie bequem mit dem Auto von der Insel abfahren können. Der internationale Flughafen ist 30 km entfernt. Ungefähr 45 Autominuten sollten Sie dafür einkalkulieren. Bis zum belebten Touristenzentrum von Chaweng sind es ca. 40 Minuten und nach Lamai ca. 20 Minuten.
