Die Villa ist voll möbliert und mit hochwertigen Materialien und Geräten versehen. Das Anwesen ist zentral um dem in Mittelpunkt befindlichen Pool aufgebaut. Der Pool selbst hat Abmessungen von 10 x 4 Meter und ist von einer großen Sonnenterrasse umgeben. Ebenfalls ist eine Sala wunderschön in dem Anwesen integriert. Am Eingang finden einen überdachten Stellplatz für Ihr Fahrzeug. Das gesamte Anwesen ist mit einer hohen Mauer umgeben und bietet eine hohe Privatsphäre. Der angelegte Garten ist mit tropischen Pflanzen gut gepflegt und passt wunderbar zum Ambiente der Villa. Zur Villa gehören noch ein eignes kleines Fitnessstudio, ein Massage Raum und ein Dienstmädchen Zimmer.
