After entering the parking garage stairs will lead you up to the bright and open living area. Sliding doors allow you to open the whole front facing the ocean. Enjoy sea views throughout the property – whether it’s from the kitchen, the dining table or while relaxing on the big sofa watching your favourite show on the 60” TV. Or from the master bedroom and the pool area with its 4m x 6m big infinity pool. The second bedroom is at the back side of the villa with its own en-suite bathroom.
Another third bedroom is one level below the main living area on the way up from the garage. The sliding doors provide plenty of light and you can get a glimpse at the ocean from the sofabed and outdoor seating area. Separated from the upper floor it provides an extra level of privacy.
The house was completed in 2010 and is sold to a Thai company. In 2022, new air-con units were installed and the swimming pool was regrouted.
