This classic villa is located on a 1,400 sqm lot in the Angthong Hills development in Bangpor. The development is a gated private compound with 24 hour security. The villa is a 2-story, 5- bedroom, 7-bath complex with 450 sqm under roof, an over-sized 75sqm pool and a 250 sqm developed area. Two of the bedrooms are in detached bungalows and feature en-suite bathrooms. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the lower level of the villa. One of these has been converted into a full-featured fitness room and bathroom with free weights, treadmill, and a multi-station exercise center. The remaining bedroom and bath is used as a maid’s room. The grounds have been extensively landscaped with plumeria, bougainvillea, mango trees, banana trees and flowering bushes. The house is available fully furnished with the exception of owner’s personal items.
