Location
Located in Lamai, the villas are convenient for beaches, shops, restaurants and everyday amenities. Lotus Lamai supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away, while Lamai Beach and the international school are approximately 7 minutes away. Chaweng is approximately a 15-minute drive, and Samui International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away.
Lease and running costs
The land lease fee is 70,000 THB per year, payable every three years, for the stated lease period from 1 January 2026 to 2055. Monthly maintenance is 3,500 THB, including garden care, rubbish collection and communal services. A security deposit of 3,000 THB per year is held for scheduled work within the residence.
Electricity is supplied by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). Water is supplied by a shared deep well with a filtration system.
Construction and packages
This is an off-plan project, with construction estimated to take 12 months. Furniture packages start from 800,000 THB and kitchen packages start from 430,000 THB.
