Innenräume und Grundriss
Der Entwurf bietet rund 112 m² Innenwohnfläche und eine bebaute Fläche von rund 212 m² auf Grundstücken von etwa 288–375 m². Der offene Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist zur Poolterrasse ausgerichtet. Ein separater Wäschebereich und zwei Badezimmer vervollständigen den Grundriss.
Pool und Außenbereiche
Ein privater Pool mit den Maßen 3 × 6 Meter liegt neben der Terrasse und der Sala. Der Grundriss umfasst überdachte Stellplätze für zwei Autos. Die Bilder zeigen den geplanten Entwurf; Möbelpakete sind optional erhältlich.
Lage
Die Villen liegen in Lamai mit guter Anbindung an Strände, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Supermarkt Lotus Lamai ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt; der Strand von Lamai und die internationale Schule sind etwa 7 Minuten entfernt. Chaweng ist in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, der internationale Flughafen Samui in etwa 25 Minuten.
Grundstückspacht und laufende Kosten
Die Grundstückspacht beträgt 70.000 THB pro Jahr und ist alle drei Jahre zu zahlen. Der angegebene Pachtzeitraum läuft vom 1. Januar 2026 bis 2055. Die monatlichen Instandhaltungskosten betragen 3.500 THB und umfassen Gartenpflege, Müllabfuhr und Gemeinschaftsdienstleistungen. Eine Kaution von 3.000 THB pro Jahr wird für geplante Arbeiten innerhalb der Wohnanlage einbehalten.
Die Stromversorgung erfolgt durch die Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). Die Wasserversorgung erfolgt über einen gemeinsamen Tiefbrunnen mit Filtersystem.
Bauvorhaben und Ausstattungspakete
Die Villen werden vor Fertigstellung nach Plan angeboten. Die Bauzeit wird auf 12 Monate geschätzt. Möbelpakete sind ab 800.000 THB und Küchenpakete ab 430.000 THB erhältlich.
