Payment Terms:
- Reservation Deposit: THB 500,000
- 1st: 30% (2 months) Execution of this contract, the start of the footings, lower level columns and beams, concrete floors, and transfer land.
- 2nd: 25% (2 months) Start of the first level (including swimming pool structure) and second level columns and beams, concrete floors.
- 3rd: 20% (5 months) Start of the roof structure, electrical conduits and wiring, all water plumbing, all ceilings both internal and external), exterior roof soffits, wall plastering, and skim coating, floor tiling, bath tiling, and pool tiling, the brickwork, including both interior and exterior walls.
- 4th: 20% (3 months) Start of installation of all doors, windows, lighting (interior, exterior, and pool), electrical switches and outlets, install air-con, installation of all sanitary items (including bathroom showers, sinks, bathtub, and toilets), kitchen and the completion of all painting (both interior and exterior), and Installation of furniture.
- 5th: 5% check all work.
