Eine Fahrzeit ebenfalls von 15 Minuten sind hierfür einzuplanen. Der internationale Flughafen befindet sich in 45 Minuten Entfernung. Alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Restaurants, Bars und kleiner Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbare Nähe. Größere Einkäufe können Sie dann in Lamai, oder in Nathon erledigen.

Der eigene Strandabschnitt ist 45 Meter lang. Alle Häuser und Apartments sind komplett hochwertig ausgestattet und möbliert. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage versehen. Eine Hotellizenz ist vorhanden. Das Grundstück verfügt ebenfalls über einen eigenen Wasserbrunnen. Der Salzwasserpool ist 16 x 6 Meter groß und wird von der großen Sonnenterrasse umschlossen. Am Rand befindet sich eine kleine Bar mit integrierter kleinen Küche, sowie ein angrenzender Essbereich. Zum Anwesen gehört ebenfalls eine gut ausgestattete Turnhalle mit Boxring, Aerobic-Ausrüstung, Umkleideraum, Duschen und WC.
