L’auberge a été créée en décembre 2014. Elle est très bien cotée sur Hostelworld avec une note de 9,5 et a plus de 1 500 avis. Il a également été classé par Hostelworld comme l’une des meilleures auberges de jeunesse en Thaïlande.
L’auberge est située sur une plage à 2 km au sud de Lamai à Koh Samui. Lamai compte de nombreux restaurants, bars sportifs, magasins et magasins de proximité. Cette auberge est à 20 minutes en voiture de Chaweng qui est la principale zone de fête de l’île. L’auberge peut accueillir plus de 50 personnes dans l’espace bar-restaurant le tout avec une belle vue mer.
L’auberge dispose de 7 dortoirs avec 38 lits au total. Chaque chambre est climatisée et il y a 7 douches et 7 toilettes pour nos hôtes. L’entreprise est livrée avec une licence de visite, une licence d’alcool et une licence de cuisine. Il s’agit d’une société enregistrée thaïlandaise de 4 000 000 THB (adaptée à la demande de 2 permis de travail), plus le bail est sous le nom de la société, ce qui facilite le transfert de l’entreprise.
Le bail est entièrement payé jusqu’en mars 2025. Il n’y a donc pas de loyer à payer. Il y a une option pour prolonger le bail à un prix convenu pour encore 10 ans. Cette entreprise est établie et très rentable toute l’année, même en basse saison.
Tous les accessoires et accessoires sont inclus dans la vente, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée, une machine à café haut de gamme, un réfrigérateur, des congélateurs, des kayaks, des planches à pagaie.
